Hi Janet I just wanted to send a picture my wedding dress, everyone thought it must have cost thousands of pounds and they couldnt believe it only cost a few hundred. As you can see the dress in Satin was amazing. I felt like a princess and everyone said how I glowed, I also lost some more weight so really happy I went for the corset back as no alterations were needed it was just pulled tighter. It fit like a glove and I hated taking it off. I wore it with a 7 layer pettocoat and had a loop added into the train to tie it up at night, which was really easy to do, and she said the dress was very well made. Thank you again Claire French, UK

Hi Janet, Louise's Dress I just wanted to let you know I received my dress on Thursday but I was off for the whole weekend and had no access to my email. All I can say is WOW, I was totally shocked when I saw it and when I tried it on my mom just started crying when she seen how gorgeous it looked. I can't tell you how completely shocked I was when I tried on the dress and saw that it fit me 100 percent PERFECTLY. When we took it to the tailor to do the bustle, she didn't know why we were there because there wasn't one place she could alter. Here are some pictures of us in the alterations shop, with some pins in place. The dress looks like we spent thousands of dollars on it. The beading is so beautiful, and I think you're right that it was made to be paired with a mermaid petticoat. I can't wait to put everything together on the big day. I really believe that this particular dress will sell like crazy. It's definitely vintage inspired; so much that I will be able to wear my great grandmother's sapphire and diamond brooch on the very front. The original designer dress that we talked about can't compare to this one anymore.
Anyway, I will send you more pictures of the whole "ensemble" at the wedding in a few weeks (with the petticoat, bridal hair, everything...SO EXCITED). I was having nightmares that I would never get a dress that fit me in time, but now I can daydream about being beautiful on my special day.

When I first went to pick out a dress, I was mortified at the attitude and rudeness of some of the major bridal gown stores in the area. My dear Janet! I have received my dress! After a nervous wait, and never thought I am going to receive such a beautiful dress! From the package, one can never imagine there is a wedding dress in it. It was inside out, and I thought this can't be right! But to my surprise, the feathers peeps out, so as the sequins... And there it was, my dress. I always thought I never was that sort of women cry in front of a wedding dress, I got to say, I did... the dress moves beautifully, with the swarovski crystal so sparkly and placed in the right place, I can never imagine it to be so right. To be honest, I am a fashion designer, I design my own brand of clothing for young women, so I guess I know a thing or two about the making of a dress. I can't imagine how your team make this dress just by looking the picture, and my measurements, without seeing me!! However, it had exceeded all my ecpectations, and I can't wait to show you the picture with me in it. I am sorry it has taken me this long to get back to you, but today was the first day that I was around during post office hours to pick up my dress. You asked me how I came to you and what my experience was. Well, I wanted a self made dress and I was looking for some models. Then I saw www.mybigfatbeautifulwedding.com with very nice dresses and when I looked at the prices, that was amazing. I could not make a dress for that money and it saved a lot of time. I gave my measurements, so I still had the dress in my size, as a self made dress. When the pakage arrived I was disapointed, such a small box. But when I opened it, everything was in there even my petty coat. You have to unwrap the dress and let it set for a while. (I took it for a steam treatment) The petty coat was only tooooo small, I could not fit in it at all. But I went to a tailor and that was all fixed before my big day. Every one was surprised that I orderd a dress on-line, but it was just a great dress. As I met my husband online, I found also my dress online. And no regrets. What a crazy ride this wedding dress thing has been. I know that I have probably been the biggest pain of a customer you could possibly have had, I now realize that I just ordered my dress too soon. But the way you have dealt with my bridezilla attitude and how you exchanged my dress when I changed my mind has been overwhelming to me. Sorry that it took me so long to get back with you. Since I had my dress shipped to my mothers house she actually saw it before I did. When she called me to tell me that it had arrived she thought it was the wrong dress. She said that there were too many beads on the train. I wanted to drop you a note to let you know that I just received my gorgeous dress yesterday. It is so much more than I ever thought it would be. I have to admit that when I got the box I was a little nervous because I thought how can a wedding dress fit into a box this size? But when I opened it up I could not believe my eyes. I had to hang it up just like you said and I just stared at it for about an hour. My maid of honor rushed over and was there for my first fitting. We both just couldn't believe it and we both agree that I will definitely get a hoop petticoat to go underneath it. You were right, the ivory color is just beautiful. I couldn???t believe my eyes. I really couldn???t! The dress is so beautiful and looks just as gorgeous as the website photo. I tried it on and it truly fits like a glove. I have to take it to get hemmed, it???s a little long but that is no big deal. The bodice is so pretty.
